In the Han Niu Smart Park in Longyou county, Jinyu New Materials (Quzhou) Co has entered a trial production phase, with machines ready to commence full operations after necessary adjustments, according to Tide News on Nov 6.

Han Niu Smart Park is a significant project with a total investment of 1 billion yuan ($139.63 million), involving social capital from both Longyou county in Quzhou and Qiantang district in Hangzhou.

"Our main product is graphene plastic powder. Longyou is home to Zhejiang Hanzao Intelligent Technology Co, a key player in the graphene industry, and boasts an integrated supply chain, convenient transportation, and a suite of preferential policies," said Luo Picheng from Jinyu New Materials (Quzhou) Co.

Since its inception in 2021, Han Niu Smart Park has leveraged a joint investment attraction mechanism between Qiantang and Longyou. By utilizing resources from top companies like Zhejiang Hanzao Intelligent Technology Co, it has attracted companies specializing in carbon- and paper-based materials as well as intelligent manufacturing, which has strengthened the industrial value chain.

"So far, we have attracted 13 quality enterprises. Our plan is to develop this area into a high-quality industrial cluster platform, injecting strong vitality into industrial growth," said Yang Yueren, general manager of Han Niu Smart Park.
