Construction on the Haiyi Smart Transportation Industrial Park in Quzhou, Zhejiang province is now making steady progress and is on track to be completed by June, with the official opening expected by the end of the year.

This 1-billion-yuan ($138.15 million) facility, which covers an area of 32 mu (2.13 hectares), will house an intelligent connected technology research and development center, a transportation IoT data center, and a corporate research institute.

The park will focus on fostering smart transportation and related industries, with a specific emphasis on software development for the smart transportation sector and the advancement of hardware intelligent manufacturing.

The industrial park was funded by Quzhou Haiyi Technology Co that has been engaged in the manufacturing of a blind spot brake assist safety system.
