The Zhoujiaqing Community in Shuangta subdistrict, Quzhou, has been selected as a provincial demonstration site for the Zhejiang province's "Integrated Community Resilience Program".

Established in 2022, the community consists of 60 Red Cross members and 280 volunteers, with 50 certified as Red Cross first aid responders. In 2023, they conducted over 60 visits to assist vulnerable groups and provided training to more than 5,000 individuals in civil defense and emergency response skills.

Quzhou has established 10 such sites, achieving a coverage rate of 47 percent across the city.
