Quzhou achieved fruitful results at the 4th Yangtze River Delta Expo International Cultural Industries Expo, which was held in Shanghai from Nov 16 to 19.

Three companies from Quzhou, namely Quzhou Confucianism Industrial Park, Zhejiang Quzhou Nankong Culture and Creative Communication Co Ltd, and Lumingshan Culture Academy Street, won the excellent exhibition award at the expo.

In the creative design competition of humanistic villages, a cultural and creative product called Huangyang Wood Carving Grandpa Confucius, designed by Quzhou Nankong Culture Wood Carving Co Ltd, won the gold award, while a Yudong wool scarf designed by Quzhou Yudong Tourism Development Co Ltd won the bronze award.

As original Quzhou dramas, the musical Nankong and the immersive drama Immersed in the Dream of Shuitingmen, enjoyed great popularity at the expo, showcasing Southern Confucianism to the audience.

The Quzhou exhibition area also received a delegation of representatives from Yunnan province, who learned about Quzhou's experiences in the construction of the national-level cultural industry demonstration park and expressed their interest in future cooperation and cultural exchanges.

This year's YRD Cultural Expo covered an area of more than 100,000 square meters, with cultural enterprises from 32 countries and regions and 65 domestic provinces and cities participating. The number of exhibitors exceeded 1,500, attracting a total of about 150,000 people. It is one of the largest and most signficant comprehensive cultural expos in the country.
