Chen Xianyong, an entrepreneur from Kaihua county, Quzhou, was one of 170 torchbearers who participated in the torch relay of the 19th Asian Games in Ningbo on Sept 12. He was the 120th torchbearer of the day and passed on the Asian Games spirit of unity, friendship and hope.

Chen, born in 1971, is chairman of Zhejiang Oulun Electric Co Ltd and Hangzhou Songjing Electric Co Ltd and president of the Hangzhou Kaihua Chamber of Commerce. He founded Oulun Electric in Linping district, Hangzhou in 2009 and expanded the dehumidifier business from the industrial to civilian fields, creating jobs for thousands of Kaihua residents.

He said he felt honored to be a torchbearer as an entrepreneur and representative of the dehumidifier industry. He also said he would continue to innovate and start businesses with the spirit of success inherited from older generations.

Oulun Electric is an official supplier of the Hangzhou Asian Games and the 4th Asian Para Games.
