A food exhibition called "A Bite of Zhejiang" was recently held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, featuring a number of delicacies from across the province.

Quzhou is the only city in Zhejiang province, Jiangsu province and Shanghai municipality that eats spicy food, giving it a unique culture.

Twenty-eight enterprises from Quzhou shared local delicacies at the exhibition, showing the unique charm of fresh and spicy Quzhou food.

At a food street built by Quzhou during the exhibition, rabbit head, duck head, fish head, goose feet, pork cooked with green chili, and dried rice noodles were especially popular among visitors.
