Four places in Quzhou recognized as 3A-level scenic spots

Four places in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, were recently designated as municipal 3A-level scenic spots, local media reported on Feb 8.

Duze Old Street

Duze Old Street, featuring ancient architecture, is located in Duze town, Quzhou and built in the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911).

Traditional crafts including forging ironware, weaving bamboo and making osmanthus cakes can be experienced on the old street.

Qinghu Ancient Town

Qinghu Ancient Town has a history of more than 3,600 years. Qinghu Lake, located next to the town, used to be an important hub for land and water transportation in southwest Zhejiang province, a commercial hub of Zhejiang, Fujian and Jiangxi provinces, and the only land and water transit node of the Maritime Silk Road.

The ancient town is currently home to 44 ancient structures, including three provincial key cultural relic protection sites.

Youxiang Valley

Youxiang Valley Scenic Spot is a leisure villa featuring grapefruit. It has complete tourist facilities including homestays in ancient styles and specialty restaurants.

Yungeng Town
