Quzhou residents' nominal disposable income up 6.1% in 2022

The per capita disposable income of residents in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, stood at 45,276 yuan ($6,697) in 2022, up 6.1 percent year-on-year, according to the Quzhou investigation team of the National Bureau of Statistics.

The per capita disposable income of urban residents in the city was 57,465 yuan, a year-on-year uptick of 5.3 percent, while that of rural residents was 31,468 yuan, an crease of 7.5 percent year-on-year.

The per capita consumption expenditures of all residents in the city amounted to 26,981 yuan, a year-on-year growth of 7.7 percent.

Spending on daily necessities and services saw the fastest growth, with per capita spending of 1,726 yuan, an increase of 21.6 percent year-on-year.

Per capita spending on housing and transportation and communications was 7,172 yuan and 3,311 yuan, up 12.5 percent and 10.7 percent, respectively.

Expenditures on clothing and medical care decreased by 2.7 percent and 1 percent to 1,518 yuan and 1,810 yuan, respectively.
