Huang Yaqiong from Quzhou, Zhejiang province, and Zheng Siwei from Wenzhou, Zhejiang province, won the mixed doubles finals at the BWF World Tour Finals 2022 in Bangkok, Thailand, on Dec 11.

In the mixed doubles final, Zheng and Huang beat Thailand's Dechapol Puavaranukroh and Sapsiree Taerattanachai 2-1 to win the title.

Huang was born in 1994 in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province. She is now Sports Ambassador of Quzhou and City Ambassador of Quzhou.

Zheng and Huang were named the Badminton World Federation's best group of the year on the evening of Dec 5 for their outstanding performance over the past year.
