​Quzhou enterprise among top 100 most innovative Chinese enterprises

Juhua Group Corporation in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province was recently included on the 2022 list of the top 100 most innovative Chinese enterprises released by the Chinese Enterprise Confederation and China Enterprise Director Association.

The  top 100 most innovative Chinese enterprises of 2022 were selected from among the top 500 Chinese enterprises of 2022, top 500 Chinese manufacturing enterprises of 2022, and the top 500 Chinese service enterprises of 2022.

The entry threshold is more than 100 invention patents, more than 0.5 percent in R&D intensity, and more than 20 billion yuan ($2.85 billion) in operating income.

The comprehensive evaluation was carried out based on the R&D expenses declared by the enterprise, the intensity of R&D investment, the number of invention patents and patents owned and the profit margin.

In 2021, Juhua focused on the technical breakthroughs that were made in 17 important technologies. Six achievements realized industrialization and six achievements were under the pilot-scale experiment. A total of 900 million yuan was invested into research and development.

So far, Juhua has nearly 1,500 R&D personnel, more than 800 authorized patents, two national R&D institutions, 20 provincial R&D institutions and 20 national high-tech enterprises, and its high-tech products accounted for 50 percent of the total.
