3 villages in Quzhou recognized as Gold 3A Scenic Villages
Three villages in Quzhou were recently included among the first batch of Gold 3A Scenic Villages in Zhejiang released by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and Zhejiang Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
Yudong village

Yudong village in Gouxi township, Kecheng district, is famous for its farmer paintings featuring local landscapes and rural life.
In recent years, the village has cooperated with companies to develop dozens of cultural and creative products in derivative series of farmers' paintings, such as silk scarves, backpacks and umbrellas, which have increased the village's collective income.
Xunli village

Xunli village is located in Nianbadu Ancient Town, a national 4A-level scenic spot in Jiangshan at the intersection of Zhejiang, Fujian and Jiangxi provinces.
The village has a long history and the ancient Hui-style buildings during the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties as well as the diversity of dialect culture have been well preserved. It has been dubbed "a living historical and cultural village" by experts.
Xiayu village

Xiayu village is located in Yinkeng township, north of Kaihua county, with a forest coverage rate of 82.1 percent.
With the help of its good geography and tourism, in 2014 it created a national 3A-level scenic village.
