The Zhejiang provincial bureau of forestry, recently – along with other authorities in the region – jointly released a second group of "famous mountain parks" in East China's Zhejiang province. Jianglang Mountain and Liuchunhu Scenic Area in the area administered by Quzhou city made it onto the list.
That meant that Quzhou had two of the 10 slots on the list.
Jianglang Mountain
Jianglang Mountain, a national 5A-level scenic spot, is located to the southwest of Jiangshan – a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Quzhou – and lies at the foot of northern junction of Zhejiang, Fujian and Jiangxi provinces.
As a Danxia landform masterpiece, it is in the mature phase of the landform's life cycle and is a glorious example of the Danxia landform characterized by high isolated peaks.
