The second list recognizing communities (villages) with excellent high-quality employment was recently released by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and some 24 were on it, including 9 communities and 15 villages from Quzhou city – located in East China's Zhejiang province – according to local media on July 8.

The evaluation criteria for choosing them mainly centered on two areas. One was statistics reflecting their economic and social development and employment situation, including the employment rate of workers in the area and the stability of the employment.

Second was the indicator for evaluating the basic services for employment, including platform infrastructure, employment services and policy implementation.

Quzhou reportedly took the lead in Zhejiang to launch a village vision pilot project and it has prioritized providing people-centered rural and community development since 2018.
