A memorial hall at the former site of the Quxian county Party branch – dubbed the first Party organization in Quzhou city, in East China's Zhejiang province – was officially opened to the public on June 25, according to local media reports.
The display consists of four sections, showcasing the red history of the city through lots of graphic boards, detailed Party history information and old objects from the times.
In late January 1927, four Party members – Lyu Xiong, Hua Yuefeng, Zhou Shihua and Cheng Benyi – raised their hands for the establishing the first Party organization in Quzhou, the Quxian county branch of the CPC, which lit up the revolution in the city.
