The first flight operated by Quzhou Aviation Co Ltd, which was officially inaugurated on Dec 16, landed at Quzhou Airport at 9:05 pm on Dec 22.

The on-site-overnight aircraft will be based at Quzhou Airport and fly to cities such as Guiyang, Zhuhai, Wuhan and Zhengzhou, helping to turn the city into a provincial transport hub.

Quzhou currently offers direct flights to 15 cities: Beijing, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Haikou, Jinan, Kunming, Qingdao, Dalian, Chengdu, Guiyang, Xi'an, Guangzhou, Zhoushan, Zhuhai and Wuhan.

The three aircraft operated by Quzhou Aviation are CRJ-900NGs, which are 90-seat double-engine regional passenger jets. They are characterized by their light weight and advanced aerodynamic performance, which can provide higher operating efficiency and lower operating cost compared with other similar aircraft. They are especially suitable for regional aviation.
