Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province has solicited public opinion for the logo design of the "Virtuous Quzhou" Reading Alliance, which is set to hold its launch ceremony soon, according to local media on Dec 14.

[Requirements]

The logo must reflect the time-honored history and culture of Quzhou and the humanistic spirit of the city, as well as the cultural connotation and characteristics of the "Virtuous Quzhou" Reading Alliance.

Candidates should submit creative and innovative works featuring simple and bright colors. The designs should be easy to recognize and come with clear descriptions of about 200 words. 

All submitted works must be original works that are not involved in any intellectual property (IP) rights disputes.

The manuscript of the works should be submitted to the designated email address (see below). The logo should be in JPG format, and have a file size of not more than 10MB. The maximum dimensions allowed are 500mm × 500mm. The logo and introduction should be sent in the form of an attachment, and the author's name and contact information must be provided.

After a work has been submitted, the copyright of the work will belong to the event organizer. The organizer will have the right to modify, display and publish the work.

The creator of the winning entry should not use or sell his or her work to a third party. 

The finals have three Excellence Awards (1,000 yuan each) and a Best Design Award (6,000 yuan).

The winners will be announced on Dec 17, 2020.
