The second round of consumption coupons for the annual autumn shopping festival officially opened in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, at midday on Nov 23.

The city has allocated 5 million yuan ($759,670) worth of shopping coupons online to promote Sanquwei, a popular local food brand in Quzhou as part of the "Autumn consumption carnival in Zhejiang · Fifth anniversary of Sanquwei golden autumn shopping season".

In the morning, the shelves of the flagship store of Sanquwei, at the Shuitingmen historic and cultural block, were full of local food specialties with Quzhou characteristics, including Longyou steamed sponge cake, and glutinous rice cake.
