Quzhou ranks 3rd as 'good faith' model city

Quzhou, in East China's Zhejiang province, has ranked third among 261 prefecture-level cities in China and first in Zhejiang province in the latest ranking of "good faith" model cities, according to local media reports Oct 28.
Quzhou, has long boasted its urban brand – "Home of Southern Confucianism · A Model City of Virtue". With the goal of building a "demonstration city of good faith", the city, in recent years, has integrated the culture of integrity into the its urban brand, and the social credit system has been gradually improved to optimize the social credit environment in Quzhou.
In the newly issued smart governance regulation "134N", the "1" refers to Xin'an scores (a personal credit scoring system launched in 2019), the "3" refers to the three-color Quzhou credit code, the "4" refers to four e-government platforms – Zhengqitong, Linlitong, Cunqingtong and the administrative approval platform – and the "N" refers to multiple application scenarios on cellphones.
The personal credit scoring system has penetrated into financial, educational and medical sectors, and other aspects related to basic living, such as the first housing provident fund loan quota preferential.
