Quzhou launches animation movie to promote its pomelo products

The movie Huyouwa (Pomelo Baby) was released to the public and launched at a ceremony in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province, on Aug 22.
The 81-minute animated film was jointly created by Changshan county government in Quzhou, Shanghai Animation Film Studio and Zhejiang Jisheng Cultural Communication Co Ltd. The film features the local characteristic agricultural product as the protagonist, and integrates various traditional Chinese artistic characteristics such as ink painting and paper cutting.
The cartoon image of Pomelo Baby looks adorable with fair skin, a chubby figure, big round eyes and wearing a casual hat and flower clothes. He appeared at the launch ceremony, attracting a large number of children who wanted to be photographed with him.
Changshan is dubbed "China Pomelo Hometown", "China Camellia Oleifera Hometown" and "China Edible Fungi Hometown". It features a healthy natural environment, convenient transport, a sound industrial foundation, a long history, and many ornamental stones.
