Quzhou Cai Chuang Park, in Qujiang district in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, has created an innovative industry business park and attracted many top professionals who have brought their talent there.

Cai Chuang Park has carried out 10 batches of project introduction activities, created more than 230 talents teams, and realized 20 projects, achieving aggregated allocated funds 52.8 million yuan ($7.6 million).

The park's high-end experts and teams have taken the lead by opening 130 enterprises, recruiting more than 4,000 talents in chemical industry research and development (R&D), and becoming the main production base for electronic chemical materials, hydrofluoric acid, leading domestic products and electric air fluoride products.

In the first half of 2020, the park introduced 28 major projects (signed contracts) and nearly 100 high-quality talents.

"To create a new driving force and a new growth target for economic development in Quzhou, the upstream and downstream industrial chains of electronic chemicals will be vigorously cultivated to promote the formation of a benign development pattern of talents leading the industry," said a senior official person at the park.
