Volunteer service is an important symbol of social civilization and progress, and helps civilization to blossom everywhere in China.

Quzhou, in East China's Zhejiang province, focuses on building "Virtuous Quzhou", and uses the links between cities and counties to build the "Quzhou Little Jinli (koi fish)” volunteer service brand.

Quzhou Little Jinli volunteer service was established in November 2018. The Little Jinli red scarf volunteer service logo has become a logo for young pioneers participating in volunteer activities in the city.

Quzhou has set up more than 1,600 volunteer service teams, recruited 350,000 volunteers and served 7.43 million hours. More than 260 volunteer service stations and 105 workers' bays have been upgraded.

The city has carried out more than 4,800 voluntary service activities to paired communities, through 50,350 Party members and over 151,030 service hours.
