Quzhou sets up business incubator for people with disabilities
A business incubator for people with disabilities in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, was launched by Quzhou Disabled Persons' Federation June 4.
The incubator started trial operations in November 2019, and by April 2020, it had attracted four enterprises to settle in the park, to work in agricultural development, e-commerce and house decoration.
A staff member surnamed Zhang from the park's service team said that in addition to the four enterprises, two other companies are negotiating to settle down in the park. And more than 50 percent of employees in the park are disabled.
With a construction area of about 1,000 square meters, the incubator provides more than 10 independent entrepreneurship offices, and can accommodate more than 80 people. It is equipped with a service center, conference room, multimedia classroom, broadcast room, negotiation room and other supporting facilities, providing logistics support such as dining and parking.
