21 historic towns, villages, streets in Quzhou upgraded to provincial level
Twenty-one historic and cultural towns, villages and streets in Quzhou, in East China's Zhejiang province, were recently upgraded to provincial level, local media reported.
These shortlisted historic and cultural places in the city feature well-preserved ancient buildings, customs and cultures, such as the city wall on Shuitingmen Street, the sacrificial offering ceremony for the God of Spring in Miaoyuan village, and lotus culture in Zhitang village.
