A direct air route connecting Quzhou in East China's Zhejiang province and Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi, will be officially launched on Oct 29.

The flights will be operated by China Express every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The flight number will be G52770/ G52769 and the aircraft is a CRJ900 aircraft.

The flight will depart from Xi'an Xianyang International Airport at 15:55 and arrive in Quzhou Airport at 18:15. The return flight will depart from Quzhou at 20:35 and reach Xi'an at 23:25.

The ticket from Quzhou to Xi'an will cost 380 yuan ($53.2) on launch day.

Quzhou Airport currently operates air routes to 10 domestic cities, namely Beijing, Chongqing, Haikou, Jinan, Kunming, Qingdao, Shenzhen, Dalian, Chengdu and Guiyang.
