Sports ambassador of Quzhou, Zhejiang province, Huang Yaqiong together with her partner Zheng Siwei, was granted with the honorary title of "Most Beautiful Zhejiang People · Youth Leaders" on Jan 21.

Huang and Zheng, both born in Zhejiang, are players of China's national badminton team, and they came together to play mixed doubles in 2017.

They won nine mixed doubles champions in 2018, one of which was at the 18th Asian Games in Jakarta. It only took them 26 minutes to win the final of the 18th Asian Games, which was a remarkable record.

Huang and Zheng now rank first in the world for playing mixed doubles of badminton.

They both agreed that it is mutual trust, cooperation and communication that led them to their success.

They vowed to train harder to achieve better results in global badminton competitions and to win the honor for their hometown and also for the country.
