Established in 2006, the park is located in eastern Quzhou city, adjacent to Quzhou East Station on the Shanghai-Kunming Railway, the Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou section of the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, the National Highway 320 and the Qujiang Waterway. It has a planning area of 9.13 square kilometer and aims to expand its influence to four neighboring provinces -- Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi and Anhui.

It offers logistics services like freight transport and distribution, transaction information, storage, processing, delivery, exhibition and customs clearance and will strive to build one of the top five comprehensive logistics centers in Zhejiang and gradually develop itself into an international logistics hub.
