Yu Shaosong (1883-1949) is one of the 100 most renowned historical and cultural celebrities in Zhejiang province. He used to be a government official of the Department of Justice in 1912 during the Republic of China (1912-1949) period. Yu was also a renowned historian, connoisseur, painter, calligrapher and jurist, and wrote a series of books about Chinese painting skills, art, and chorography.
