Top boutique chain ready for Quzhou debut

Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, the renowned Singapore-based international hospitality brand, is set to locate three hotels in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, local media reported on July 22.
With an investment of 940 million yuan ($137 million), the three hotels – named Dhawa, Angsana, and Banyan Tree – will cover more than 17 hectares and feature more than 450 guestrooms.
Officials said the Dhawa resort would feature a floating roof on its top.
They said the Angsana hotel will greet guests with different and beautiful scenic views in each room.
The Banyan Tree hotel is the top in luxury of three hotel brands and will offer patrons villas and suites. The Banyan Tree hotel in Quzhou will have buildings with courtyards and villas overlooking valleys.
The Dhawa hotel will start construction by the end of July and go into operation in late September 2020, while the two other hotels will open to the public by the end of August 2022.
According to a spokesman for Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, the hotel operator aims to focus on making its presence in first or second-tier Chinese cities and this development is the first time in China for that it has located its three hotel brands in the same city.
