A holiday resort among mountains will be built in Changshan, a county in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, according to a signing ceremony between Changshan and Hangzhou-based Guobang Pharmaceutical and Chemical Group on July 18.
With a total investment of 5 billion yuan ($727.08 million), the resort is expected to cover an area of 15,000 mu (1,000 hectares), including a corridor presenting the landscapes of the four seasons, two streets and five parks with different themes.
The corridor will connect all the scenic spots in the resort with the plants and flowers of the four seasons on both sides, making it the most beautiful corridor in eastern Zhejiang.
The Yunding street features rehabilitation and healthcare, where visitors may enjoy reading, coffee and high quality health management services.
The Guixiang street highlights the folk customs of Changshan county, where tourists may taste local organic delicacies, experience the skills of intangible cultural heritages and sleep over at boutique homestays.
