To speed up construction of a one-hour traffic circle in Zhejiang province, China Express is set to introduce a second internal flight route – Quzhou to Zhoushan. The flight will operate every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. It will leave Quzhou at 7:30 am, and arrival at Zhoushan at 8:30 pm. The return flight will leave Zhoushan at 9:10 am, and land at Quzhou at 10:10 pm.

The one-way ticket will cost 200 yuan ($29).

One-hour traffic circle refers to achieving point-to-point arrival within 1.5 hours through economical, fast and convenient transport. It is mainly achieved by high-speed railways, highways and rail transit. On islands and in remote mountainous areas, it can be achieved by aviation.

Zhejiang aims to achieve three one-hour traffic circles by 2022.
